"Can-Do" Dance Class

Dancing is one of life's simplest pleasures and it is a fabulous, fun way to improve balance and gait issues as we age. Arthritis, injury and illness can limit our desire to get up and move, but movement is what we need!
We invite you to put on your dancing shoes (nothing too flashy, please!) and join us for a FREE dance class with Esther Brill & RJ Ruble, from "Can-Do" Dancing. These experienced dance trainers will help partners enjoy an afternoon of laughter and dance, all while improving balance and gait. No previous dance experience needed. Partners will be arranged for those needing one.
