Beth Flannigan has been there and totally understand how frustrating it is to start and stop working out, to stand in the grocery store so confused by what you should or should not be eating, and just wishing for support to help you learn how take better care of your body and mind in a supportive way. Beth is a holistic health coach with Whole Person Wellness and is certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
In this 8 Week Accountability Circle you will:
✔ Discover what workout is best for you
✔ Learn how to stop making excuses and never miss a workout again
✔ Learn some easy and healthy ways to nourish your body
✔ Discover simple strategies to help take better care of your body and mind
✔ Receive support and accountability
And best yet, this will all happen in fun and supportive space for women who want to transform their health and wellness so they can live their best life yet.
